    Yeah. If there is tracking showing the giftee got the package but they never post yes or no then that's the giftee's problem.

    Sorry for the delay guys. Been a busy weekend. Would’ve done it tonight but I ended up chasing a dog for 30 blocks. Finally caught her. Took her to an emergency vet, she is chipped, thank goodness, and her owner is coming over to acquire this sweet girl.
