    That’s really good. 87, 91, or 93? Tire size?

I'm a Millionaire! One Million Posts!!
I just updated this morning from (Dongle version) 0B402 v1.03(91) to 0B402 v1.05(93).
I've only driven about 4 miles so far, just outside the subdivision and under 35mph.
All I can say is shifting is spot-on for this type driving. This is how it should have been from the factory.
The engine ran smoother and quieter than stock with the prior tunes, and v1.05 surpasses even that.
I'm going for a short interstate drive (10 miles round trip) in a few minutes.
I won't be able to check cruise control and Louisiana hills (bridges) until later in the week.

So far though, Mat has hit a home-run!

Stock 4x4 DCLB with a topper and roof rack. Got to take an accidental highway mileage comparison drive the other day - my daughter lost her wallet when she left it on her roof after a fill up about 45 miles from home, so we took a drive in hopes of finding it on the side of the road. Our part of Ohio is basically West Virginia, so the trip was all hilly driving - 300-400 feet vertical for each hill, and there were lots of them. On the way out, we drove at normal highway speeds for this area (60-75 mph depending on speed limits). On the way back, we flipped on the hazards and ran at 45 mph to scan the berms for the wallet.

I make this trip a lot in warmer weather, so I know how the truck performs. On 1.04 87, my truck would have been in 4th gear on every single hill, and with winter gas it would have gotten around 19 mpg. On 1.05 93 it NEVER saw 4th and only dropped to 5th a couple of times. Mileage was 20.5. On the return trip going 45 mph, the truck still used mostly 6th gear with only occasional drops to 5th, and it never felt like it was lugging. Mileage was 29! That number, of course, isn't very meaningful since I did not run a similar low speed trip on either 1.04 or stock (and have no desire to), but I still thought it was kind of cool. If you're willing to drive slowly, these trucks get INSANE mileage for a part time 4x4 platform.

    - pending orders will start going out next week, finally.

    - idle stability fix for 04B04/04A61 ready for people who need them (if you need it you must submit a ticket)

    - MT version files will be ready once we finish / resolve any last trucks that need idle adjustment / fix.

    - if anyone needs anything, questions, etc, please submit a ticket. If you have, please give us the necessary time to view and respond. Due to 1.05 AT release we have been working through an endless amount of tickets, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.

They are not ready for release yet. Majority of AT tickets have been updated. The issue is also not widespread. The plan is to just get through all current pending tickets.
However, due to previous experience, knowing full well once we release MT files there gonna be waves of people who may have issues, forget how to flash, unable to figure out ECU IDs, we want to be sure we can have full attention on it when we do release.

OK, not enough miles to have TOO much valid input.. But having burned through a tank of gas since the update, I'd have to say this is AWESOME.
I mean, I never had any MAJOR gripes with the engine, but I was never happy with how the transmission shifted. Running 1.05 and 93 octane, and the shifting issues are gone, power is there where I need it, and I have seen zero issues at all.
Mat, great job on this. You have made my truck more fun to drive than before (and TBH, I always liked it, even with the shifting issues).

Guys I'm trying to flash back to 1.03 but having trouble... It keep saying file currupted... I cannot DL new 1.03 file from flash manager because it will only DL 1.04. Ive already submitted a ticket to Matt last week and he had instructed me to DL new PCM flash but still not working. I know I should wait for him on further instruction but with him beeing busy, thought I ask incase someone could help me out. I think my original files is corrupted. Hopefully matt can email me the file since file sharing is no longer allowed, per @OVTune

I'm getting bad mpg and heavy clunk (more noticeable) on 1.05.

Note: I know I'm following the steps correctly on my end. Flashing to any 1.05 files is successful. 20190105_102021.jpg 20190105_102108.jpg

With 1.05 you cannot go back to 1.03 if you received the dealer TSB so that you could run 1.04r

I am somewhat regretting getting the TSB because 1.03 was awesome
