Please don't. We're here for you. PM, phone call, whatever.

Talk to the doc if you're getting depressed. Nothing wrong with needing help and the meds do work. It just takes time finding the right one.

BTW, it's not uncommon to need some help when you reach your 50's. That's about the time you've figured out that this is really as good as it gets.

Well I reckon I stirred up a hornets nest last week here at work. It started with my lazy do nothing helper. As he wandered around doing looking lost I told him here you need something to do sand this area. No! Was the response. I said no I mean just get up on the fender and take your time but go ahead and get this area sanded while I do the other side. NO I don’t do that! I returned with oh I am sorry I didn’t realize you are too good to do this kind of work I’ll get it. Then later vented to my lead man who in turn decided to call the boss who was on vacation. So... now all breaks have to be to the minute, starting times are to be punctual, and he is to stay busy all day. None of which bothers me as I do it anyway other than being a little free with lunch times. Oh good Lord I wish I could time warp ahead a couple years and go ahead and retire and go work somewhere else. Just to think I get up at 4 in the mornings and drive like 60 miles to get here for all this fun. It’s all just poop

See that's the problem with some management these days. Instead of dealing with an individual problem or issue, they address the entire group. This creates hate and discontent among rank and file workers. Not productive at all. Oh and by the way Chris, it's like my Grandmother used to always say to me, "Don't wish your life away"!
