Morning OP! Crazy busy as always. Bought an entire house full of plumbing fixtures on Saturday, and moved a few trailers full of antiques out of the in-laws and into storage until we can get our house finished. Struck out on another truck and have decided to step back for a little while on truck shopping. It's driving me insane and I have too much other shit going on. How was the trip to Richmond!?

Pretty fun! Got to show the :sandwich: my hometown. Took her to Carytown, Devil's Triangle, Bottom Up, Pipeline and Scott's Addition. Sounds like you had a busy weekend.

Nice! Love the pipeline. Didya get to grab any world class beers while in Scott's Addition? Sooooo busy, but it keeps me out of trouble. (Along with something called "Drynuary" that my wife has me participating in? Ugh. It's basically no-nut november for booze. hahaha)

Yea what the fuck!? My friend told me most of Richmond was doing Dry January? I made her try some Hardywood's and some Busky Ciders while we were there. Didnt have time to stop into Three Notch'd though (I love their red ale, Hydraulion).

Three-Notch'd makes some daaaaamn fine beers. And although I prefer to get mine to-go to avoid the BreweryBroExperience, Richmond is lucky to have a world-class place like The Veil. Vassen and Ardent round out my top suggestions the next time you're running around Scott's Addition. Although I have mixed feeling about that neighborhood. I used to love running around down there doing sketchy stuff when it was super scary. It's the only Richmond neighborhood I've ever been mugged in. Now it's like the poster child for gentrification. Oh well, progress right? :notsure:

Yea, Scott's is upscale AF now. You always run the risk of the crazies though. There was that poor woman who got stabbed right in front of the DMV a few years back. If you aren't safe on Broad St. you really arent safe anywhere in the city. I grew up on Grace between Strawberry and Davis and remember how sketch that entire area used to be.

Yeah, but Ertz was on my team so I couldn't even make a good name. I had to stick with last year's name "Look at my Johnson"
