per comparison 100 is not expensive, but what I want to spend it's expensive lol.

I'm thinking of buying a blow up air mattress, then use wool blankets i already have for warmth.

The blankets are the real deal from Alaska lol. My mom got them on our trip when I was around 3rd grade.

Blankets are great but we had a slight draft if the blanket pulled a little too far this weekend. I could deal with it but when your girl beside you keeps you awake complaining she's cold you're more willing to spend 100 on a sleeping bag lol.

joking of course, that thing would get 10mpgs, it's also done depreciating so that's cool.

also that would be overland only rig, way too nice to put bumpers on and make offroad worthy.

also I've got about 6000 in my TDI, 1200 was just put in it about 9k miles ago.

i've been quoted 4100 for the accident, I think i'm going to push for 4500. I was told buyback should be about 800-1000.

So basically I'll pocket the money and drive my car with it's busted bumper.

I'm assuming if the cars street worthy I just go to DOT office an officer or someone looks it over, if they deem it worthy they send off for rebuilt title to montgomery, i get insurance and I'm good to go?

I got the same one for my Colorado trip in 2018. Crawled into it on low digit nights and was amazed how warm it kept me. Might be too warm when temps are above 50 though.

Over Christmas I installed some LED flush mounted lights into my rear bumper. Now I didn’t exactly do the best job just slapped them bad boys in and called it a day but..... earlier in month of December my speedometer lights went out so I ordered some new ones to replace , so today I cranked the truck an NONE of my gauges worked , checked the fuse and it was blown . Last time install something poorly . And what makes it worse I was planning on installing the gauge lights today lol
*also , my reverse lights stopped working because of it *
