I thought bald mtn was worse but i haven't gone all over sleepy creek like some have. They both pinstriped the shit out of my truck.

Currently at sleepy creek, the brush is thin and the pin stripping should be reduced, it is very muddy and slick in the lower elevations, they were marking trails last weekend and all the gates were open

It looks like Saturdays high will be hovering right around freezing, then with the cooler temperatures coming in tonight, some of that mud may just be frozen.

Hey everyone! Hope yall had a good new years. I took some time away from the screens and spent my holiday time with my kiddo down in Savannah, now Im back working for free. Did I read correctly about a sleepy creek meet up this weekend? I want to go but dont have sliders will that be an issue?

 

You’ll be alright without them. I’ve done sleepy creek without them a couple times. So has @Halffast555 and @Gearhead86 and I’m sure others.

I will not! I’ll be at the mobtown shop tearing a truck apart to install +2 long travel on it. Looks like it’s a good weekend to wheel though (any weekend is a good weekend to wheel in my book)

 

Oh nice that sounds pretty sweet. I also got hooked up at Toyota yesterday I was about 1500 miles over the 25k service, and they fudged my numbers so I wouldnt have to pay for it. Also replaced that AC Blower Motor recall.
