    Alabama has 29 conference championships and holds NCAA records with 64 postseason bowl game appearances and 36 bowl game victories. The Crimson Tide has also had 11 undefeated seasons, a longest winning streak of 28 games between 1978 and 1980 and a home winning streak of 57 games between 1963 and 1982.


    Alabama also went undefeated in 2009. That was still the BCS era, and Clemson is the first National Champion to go 15-0.

    I turned off the game when we failed to score after 1st and goal inside the 5, down 4 TDs at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Drank a big ol' cup of water, took some Advil, and slept OK.

    That was a pretty disappointing way to end the season, but hats off to Clemson. They out played, out coached, and out muscled Alabama last night. That QB of yours is a f'king man. I look forward to watching him in the NFL in a few years, for sure.

    I can't imagine Clemson isn't in the same position next year. I hope Alabama can make it back, too. Both teams are 2-2 in this run. Hell of a time to be a football fan!
