That’s exactly what the problem was, I did some research once I woke up and tried getting the air out and it worked. The grease gun I’m using is older than I am, it’s around 30 yrs old. I greased the 3 zerks on the rear drive shaft but I couldn’t find the zerks on the front drive shaft

I woke up and someone had gone through my truck bed which sucks

The most forward one is tucked inside the joint, with a weird angle on it.

The only real way to access it properly is with a needle fitting and someone else pumping the gun

This thing is what works for me.

    https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/grease-gun-needle-point-snap-on-adapter-0282755p.html

@Joe23 was right and my new locknlube fitting wont fit in there either, its only the needle point that works.

I didn't have to burp my el cheapo CT lever-action grease gun when I refilled it. Never seen the aircraft mechanics at work burp it either. :notsure:

P.S. I don't know what's worse, going through a whole tube of grease for the truck in 6 years or going through a whole touchup paint pen in 6 years...

Well its a thing. If you put in a new tube of grease, and you pump, nothing comes out.. It has an air lock that needs to be 'burped'

I have the el cheapo CT-lever-action as well.

Does'nt happen all the time from the video's I was watching.
