Its got multiple trails. Just depends whats open and which route you come in from.

Yes. I understand sales, utilities, etc... taxes. However PPT is a separate beast for me. I'm obviously going to do more research into it, but I'm just pissed because I just paid county PPT of $600 and a week later received a township bill for another $600. And these are charged semi-annually.

 

you navy folks can spend like a 40 year career in Virginia and never leave. its crazy.

Not only did it do that, but I took all of the tools out of my backseat and put them in my yard so I could drive a couple friends around yesterday. Aaaaaaand now they're all wet.

And the other tree referenced hit my rear quarter panel then the rear of the cab behind the rear passenger side door eventually hitting the mirror...or something along that line. The scars remain...I did not have sliders but the NFAB sliders with steps that caught on everything, lessons learned!

 

Are there campsites off the trail at sleepy creek? or do you have to reserve one?

There are camp sights around the lake and a few off of the Pee Wee trail I believe that are a little more remote. I’m not sure how you have to claim them but they were all empty last weekend

 

It get's worse for my rate. The only schoolhouses for my rate are in VA, 5 of 9 of the only "in-rate" shore duty stations are in VA, and 10 of the 21 ships I can be on are homeported in VA. The odds are never in my favor.
