    Tossing the idea around of heading back to Elk Heights this weekend. Any interest out there? Saturday looks sunny.

    I can do either day. Sunday looks mostly sunny as well with a small chance of rain.

    Looks like it’s Sunday then. You both still cool with the Elk Heights area? It’s a bit of a drive, but worth it per last weekend. There’s lots of trails to explore and the snow isn’t so much or as wet/icy as Stampede pass. I’m open to other suggestions as well.

    As long as you can lead. I don't know where that is, but can also meet up early if that's preferred as well, I'm up by 0500 everyday.

    Sure can. I can email you the Gaia track from last weekend as well. Need to read me up some knowledge on opening these dang GPX files...

    We followed Morrison Canyon Road which pretty quickly turns into the trail shortly after taking exit 93 (I think) from 90.

    Yes, I would prefer to meet up a little earlier as well.

    I'm new to this forum but I'd be down to hit some trails Sunday if there's room for one more!

    Sooo for Sunday I show:

    @spikele
    @lookatthatdog
    @Flash_Adalwolf

    We typically meet at Country Pride in North Bend, but as Elk Heights is another hour from there, we could also meet at the Safeway in Cle Elum. Safeway would allow for a fuel up closer to where we'll be wheeling. I'm good with either. How does 8 or 9am sound to ya'll for either of those locations? Also, in terms of recovery gear, I have a winch and recovery rope. Anyone have traction boards?
