Yes, the Vietnam Memorial Wall. They have another monument there now called the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Dude, that one is epic! The kids might like the Titanic Memorial. That is kinda cool as I am sure they have seen the movie. Best part about the memorials are you see them and move along. Not a lot of hanging out so the kids should be interested, briefly, and then you move on to the next thing. I read a lot about the Newseum. A museum about journalism including modern exhibits. I can't imagine anyone not liking the zoo. I mean, it is huge, so be prepared to walk a lot but yea, there is a lot to see there.

This also looks like a great time for Teens.

I would let them get involved with the decision making and have them pick the places they want to go and things they want to see. We don't have kids but the friends of our that do say it's important for parents to involve older children more in the whole vacation process. I would not want to take kids, teens especially, anyplace they didn't want to go.

Added it to the calendar, can you check that all the info is correct? Are stock trucks welcomed?

    GDSUMBISH.

new squeaky wheel at low speeds and truck not starter-izing consistently.

I dont know what I want more... 2 new batteries or replace the starter.... batteries are more expensive but ridiculously easy, starter is cheaper but more difficult....

Maybe sealed bearings came unsealed at mile 130,000.....

Good thing my grants are coming in soon.

A lot of people don't like deep dish. I am not a fan if they use a lot of oil in the pan. Also, most true deep dish has the cheese on the bottom, then the added things like meat & veg, then the sauce on top. But Sicilian to me is different than deep dish. To me the crust is more like a bread than a thicker pizza crust. I think that is why I like it a lot. I like bread.

    Sicilian (a simple version)

Deep Dish (almost the same crust thickness on the bottom as regular pizza, just more stuff on it)
