Your tire, being a circle, is in a state of constant acceleration when you're cruising at a constant speed. So even though there is a mathematical moment where a point in the circle has zero speed relative to the ground, it's still changing direction at a constant rate.

On the other hand, your feet spend an awful lot of time in a motionless state when you're walking...

This stuff is expensive but well worth it.

 

Lifehack: Empty all the air out of your tires when it's really cold outside, wait 5 minutes so you don't accidentally refill that air, then fill them with the really cold air that's outside. When it warms up in spring, the pressure will increase, and you can sell that extra air on craiglist.

Invest the money you made off of the air you sold on craigslist and buy sweet mods like green stem caps to trick the rubes.
