I'm on year 14. I work in the ED now. I've been wilderness med, SWAT, CCT ground, flight, EMS educator, DOD contractor and some stuff not worth writing about. I'm looking at buying an ambulance and doing wildland fire contracting. If that doesn't pan out, I'll probably look into something more worthless than EMS... run into traffic for social security disability or go into politics.

 

I keep looking at 4th gen 4runners. It's been on my mind lately to pick one up as another DD/just in case vehicle. The 07-09's are within would I could spend on one.

 

And then do a SAS?????

 

ive done most of my time in rural rescue, CCT, ER, Neonatal. i think its time for me to move on to something different.

 

I usually dream of something not in the medical field and not in an office. I would love to be an aircraft mechanic or a pilot, but I can't due to colorblindness.

 

Never say never. Pretty soon they won't be able to discriminate against you. Just identify as someone who isn't color blind.

 

ive thought about nursing. or just going into administration. id like to do something outdoorsy

Too late, little man sent home sick today with a 102 fever. Ear and sinus infection. I don’t get sick sick very often because I kill it with that whiskey burn.
Avoid it at all costs, I hear this year’s is a doozy.
Edit: def sending him to his grandmother’s house tomorrow when wifey has to work.
