I've built a few. All with completed uppers though. I like buying my uppers through BCM.

+1 for DPMS. I got a brand new LR-308 from them to hunt with. Finished a very rigorous break-in, and stuck it in a closet. Apparently hunting isn't a priority these days :/

 

Speaking of ARs, I can't for the life of me get my scoped sighted in right for mine. Mind you I consider myself a damn good shot but for some reason I cant get this thing sighted in consistently for nothing.

 

Finally getting some pricing and renderings of home remodeling items. This is exciting and annoying.

Yep, only on the weekends mostly. Did manage to kill two deer last weekend. Should stock up the freezer well.

 

Get a bore sighting tool (the rifle cases with a laser in them are good tools) and see if it is in spec at 25 ft. If so then check mounting screws for tightness. After that it is likely the scope itself. High end or low end?
