nice! how hard are those to install? a bumper like this is on my list for this year... just a little intimidated by the weight and difficulty of the install.

 

Finished hardwiring the dashcam I bought myself for Christmas, and added dual USB’s. One replaces the “cigarette” lighter up front and a new one for the occasional back seat occupants


Also, while I had the dash mostly apart, I dug a little further just to see the “Taco truck” logo for myself

This is the first that I've heard of this. Where is this logo located? (not that I'm going to go out of my way to find it)

 

Behind the speedo/tach display unit. Yeah, I didn't rush out to find it, but since I was in the midst of pulling interior parts, what's 2 more...right?

Yeah, I'd reconsider. As I've mentioned before, I've only been in 3 noteworthy accidents in my life and all 3 were due to someone hitting me from behind.

It'd be kinda' nice to know what in the hell they were doing at the time.

 

Purchased the Trackmat that @ChaseFan suggested and posted.
Took one half and cut it to fit the rear drivers side seat shelf. Doubles as a place to put some of my patch collection and coolers and such.

 

Anyone try and mount the Feniex 4200 control head yet? looking for options.

 

I have only mounted 2 4200 minis in the center console

 

Got my trd pro grill vinyl in from @tacovinyl on Instagram

 

Finally done installing a pair of Hella 700FF driving lamps.

I put them behind the grille so they would be protected from the car wash and people bumping into them in a parking lot.

The lamps came with 55w bulbs in them. I upgraded to 130w bulbs instead.
I threw the Hella wiring kit in the trash and used all 12g wires except for the relay trigger wire. The relay is triggered by my DRL switch... since I never use the DRL's on my truck... which is part of the LED fogs. Those are activated via the turn signal stalk.
Everything turned out nice and clean with no glitches other than dropping and breaking one lamp a few days ago. That was a $38 mistake.

Got my tint done today. 20% on front side glass, and a 5% visor strip. I think it matches well from the outside but you can definitely see a difference from inside. My guy said he can apply something to the rear to match closer if I want. I’ll wait till the sun is shining and make a decision then. Looks good to me now. The rears metered at 28% if anyone is interested.

 

Looks downright cozy in that bed now.

Okay, what are use using on the paint finish? I've got the Barcelona, too, and it doesn't have that deep luster.

 

Had my black alloys mounted today. TPMS switched over to alloy wheels just fine. One came from the factory cracked but buddy said it is working fine.
