    Stupid question here possibly.

I noticed my transmission recently stumbling a little bit in the lower gears. Scheduled a service for next week. Could this have anything to do with putting an exhaust on the truck about a month ago?

First question is have you had the TSB done? If not that will be the first step.

I told them about it...the service manager said it was not listed under my VIN as needing done....I will push for it when I go in next week.

Just describe the problem, “automatic transmission may exhibit a stumble at wide open throttle takeoff during operation in a high-altitude area”, if service writer doesn’t have a fix then ask for service manager. If SM doesn’t know about T-SB-0062-18 then find new Toyota dealership service center.
