    Got an oil less air frier from the inlaws for Christmas, and the wife decided to try it out. She put the chicken in to marinate this morning. (not sure what she used) The chicken was juicy and delicious and the fries were good but seemed to be missing something 20190108_204336.jpg

    missing oil! LOL. We have an air fryer also and it works okay, but it is just not the same. Similar to my electric smoker; okay but not the same as real wood smoked meat.

    So I'm going to try and make a green chili verde, I got 3 different white beans, ground pork and some pork chops Im going to cut up into bitesized pieces, tomatillo sauce and some other accompaniments. Will be interesting at least.
