Bending PVC is pretty easy too. I’m sure you could make your own fairly easily

Just go up the A, and then bend it to be level. Buy the Safari snorkel head on EBay.

I’ve seen a couple with glass like that. Looks good! I’ll find a pic

Why not go with something like this if you don't want a snorkel look https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/different-approach-to-a-snorkel.266449/ seems worthwhile and is reversible.
or the internal snorkel mod that aha899 did over on t4r.org Both seem pretty smart. Only thing id be worried about is the drone or if there is like an intake smell from the second one. Also did copy your rear swing out. Not sure if you remember me asking you for measurements and advice. DSC_0397 2.jpg

I have the V8 and my airbox isn’t like that. Also I’m not cutting into the cab for a snorkel.

Also bumper looks good! How do you like it?!

Big fucking tire. Jeep friend has them. Told him I was thinking about 35s when I move and that a couple 3rd gen 4Runners are running 37s so he rolled his 37 over there to try and convince me on a 37

Don’t think I need them. They’re beefy and will probably good good but a 34 or 35 is all I need

I’ve looked at a couple builds out of Northern CA and looked at the shit they wheel. I think 35s with F&R lockers, and a good mid travel set up will suffice

Plenty of my buddies have theirs under their rigs. Plus I’m gonna build a little skid to protect it.

And I avoid mud with a passion.

Meh. I’m just going with what I’ve seen work. I’m not saying it’s perfect but it’s worth a shot. Trying to keep the inside as least cluttered as possible and no room in engine bay for this big compressor and tank.

The setup came with the runner when I got it so I’m just trying to utilize it.

If things go south, I’ll get a smaller ARB one like usual and mount it somewhere inside or something.

Really only seen people torch them out. Any reason you can’t press them out?
