So the 10.6V is just the measurement of the battery. The truck as to be running to test the Alternator

Most Bose speakers are crap without their equalizer and amplifier. They typically use 1 or 2 ohm coils and Bose uses the special equalizer to elminate the frequencies that their cheap speakers cannot reproduce. Just be careful before plugging them into your deck, if they're 1 or 2 ohm it will not be happy.

Well my thought was that since the truck was pretty rough trying to start (never has happened prior) and I know my battery isn’t bad as it’s only a few years old that it’s the alternator (especially since everything was fine until the mud).

But I went to try it just now and I get clicks, so I’ll jump it tomorrow and test it while running.

    I got this 3rd brake light - https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-95-16-...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

And these LED tails - https://www.ebay.com/itm/360-DEGREE...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Very happy with them, they work great and look great IMO. The tail lights come with nice LED reverse bulbs that are very bright. Turn signal bulbs are normal.

    Hey Tyler,

Check it out. Replaced my D-side LBJ this evening. While hitting my outer tie rod, here is what hit the floor. Thought you'd get a kick out of this pic. But hey, not only is the cost of living lower here, we never need to apply Loctite in the rustbelt.

    It's Tacoma psoriasis!

Only thing that falls off my Tacoma when I whack it with a hammer is dried mud. Arizona has even less rust than California does!

Yeah, I curse Fe2O3.nH2O(s) every time I even think about working on my under body area. Even the interior gets slammed. Anything attaching to the floor is suspect. I went to pull my pass seat a few weeks ago and the first two bolts twisted off. I was so pissed.

Awesome man! I love the look of smoked on my black 2nd gen. But I love the look of clean simple on this truck. Trying something new, I’ve been eyeing the “nice” LED tails on YouTube
