Nope but it works well with a short half life. I had tried ambien and wouldn't be fully awake or aware. I.e. get to work and don't remember driving there. I stopped taking that real quick...

 

I was on Ambien when I didn't sleep for a week in my early 20's. I haven't had that happen again thankfully but some nights I still can't sleep from time to time.
Honestly the best thing that works for me is eating but I don't like waking the misses up with me cooking....pots and pans are loud at 2am!

 

You guys should drink a nice strong 16oz craft IPA or DIPA, give it a bit, and it'll get you all drowsy and sleepy.

Trust me. It'll do the trick.

 

I've tried all sorts of things to help with the insomnia. What seems to work the most consistently is a hypnotic app for the phone. It's called "Sleep Well" and I plug in my noise cancelling ear buds to listen. It'll work most of the time but when I'm all stirred up over something, I need a little kick from the med pile.

 

I have I end up watching TV and not going back to sleep

WOW. Guess I'm weak then... I drink one of those and I get really sleepy and drowsy.

 

Falling asleep , the wife fools around with me ,i dont remember it happening, but she tells me about it the next morning.

Well if it happened no extra effort on my part. Hope she enjoyed it.

Looking to install the cb this weekend. Anyone have an swr tester with the knowledge on tuning a cb antanne?
