Lol. Not cutting the bed... yet. But the cage will be ready when I do. Gotta ease my wife in to this. She’s barely accepted me cutting my back end for my high clearance rear.

 

I think yellow top Optimas are the favorite

 

Had my battery go dead on me a couple days straight. I disconnected my winch, grill lights and CB from the battery and now no problem. Need to spend a few minutes to figure out which one is being a vampire.

 

I have heard decent things about PSA though I don't personally own any of their stuff. One thing I would recommend, though, if you want a pistol would be to look at .300 blackout vs 5.56. The round was designed for a short barrel and will give you better preference on the pistol platform. Still uses the 5.56 brass (with the neck cut to take 30 Cal) so you can use the same magazines, bolt, etc. as a 5.56. The only difference is the barrel.

 

I have had this exact same debate. I started with the Ruger Precision or AR platform in mind but was hesitant about the weight. I'm a hunter and won't just plink long range. I had a friend and then a shop recommend a Bergara HMR. It's lighter, by far and was designed for both hunting and the range. Now I just have to save my pennies before next deer season...

Thanks Eddy but it will be a while before I start another project, I definitely want a crawler but need to finish some of my other projects 1st.

It's the HUB I believe haven't had time to break them down. I'm going to rock Wells. And I have around 7.2 in these axles now. If you want them be around half that. RCVs are 2100 alone with air lockers and 5.13 gears
