Talk to your VA assessor and see if they will muscle the buyer into fixing it. If it can cause a huge depreciation in value, the VA will tell the seller they NEED to fix it or the house becomes ineligible for VA loan buyers. This essentially closes the door to a huge portion eligible buyers. Generally this causes them to fix the problem.

Haha! I hate when that happens. One time I started freaking out because the arm wasn't waking up fast enough and I thought I was permanently paralyzed.

 

LOL that's hilarious! I HATED the feeling of touching my other hand last night and not being able to feel a thing. I was starting to freak out a little but remained calm and feeling came back in like 30 seconds. I just had to wiggle around a bit.

My friend comes over with his kids occasionally, and I have to remember to store my firearm which currently resides in a holster attached to my box spring. What drew me to this was the RFID capability. I'll wear a RFID bracelet 24/7 but also place a RFID sticker on both mine and my wifes phone to access it as well.

I did my whole basement sans permit. But, everything was done to code. Reason being I didn't want the additional cost of the permit or being dinged on my property tax for finishing more square footage.

 

Gotta be careful. I knew someone who went to buy a house, the inspector found stuff that wasn't listed as having been permitted and the town made them remove all of it. A full addition.
