    Thresher Mans reunion in Foremost Alberta, can't remember which dates in the fall. There's one also in Morris Manitoba but I haven't been yet. Awesome display of steam power. We also got the Prairie Dog Central railway right here in the city, again all steam powered.

    Met an old timer once who said the was an Oiler for like 50 years. He didn't have to tell me. Still smelled like whale oil or grease from years ago. Guess it just stays in his pours, lol.

    Absolutely no need for apologies! I really forgot where you live for a while, and logistically, that was never going to work. I thought I signed out saying "yes I like them, no way we can". All good. It did get me to thinking about them. I don't use the bar getting in, only out. Carol does both, but it's not "convenient". But, it has brought some locals out with stuff, so it could be fun to check it out.
