@ztaragon are you still working with the high end cars? Are y'all going to TX2k19? I've wanted to go for years back when it was Supra Nationals, but now it's mostly supercars racing. Haven't made it yet, but that may change this year since my car is just about done.

yeah i like the point he made about legal issues if he had messed up something... Although you would have to be a real piece of shit to sue someone that saved your life...

Well this course I am taking, I am not taking it to benefit me on the trails with you fuckers, ya'll can just bleed and bandage yourselves with the Hello Kitty Bandaids I keep in the truck.

    Kidding...

I am taking it to benefit myself and potential future jobs opportunities, but having the knowledge is never a bad thing, WFA and WFR certifications are something that look really good for the line of work I am looking to go into, and with the ambassadorship and me being at State Parks, instead of standing by in case someone needs some help, I can be able to provide basic stuff until park staff arrives. I already get CPR through work, so this just helps more.

I am not new to this either, spent a couple years on a volunteer fire department and got a lot of training and experience around accidents, rescues, etc, but has been years, so this will be a good refresher course for myself.

Yea, I hope to maybe never have to use first aid training, but that is ok with me. Just like I still carry a fire extinguisher in the truck, but I hope to never have to use it. I still want to know how to use the equipment I carry and be able to help if needed.

I can name a couple people.

Says the guy with a trailer and the RTT before me... plus this is basic stuff, I am also thinking of going ahead and doing the full 10 day Wilderness First Responder course that would be in March... that is a lot more intense and is a full 80 hours of training

    We know...

It is because of the smoked bologna.

They come when politics get involved...

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.... I didn't think you could make an LS stop.... except when something else breaks I guess...

Prob not. Also planning on Ubbi Dubbi. X had a killer laser show, and the drops were super heavy, but after a couple mins it seemed like the same drop over and over lol.

Haha this made me think of whenever I pull someone out that's stuck somehow, I always have them sign a waiver saying if any damages caused by me helping to rescue you I'm not responsible. If you DNT sign then I'm not gana help because I DNT Wana get sued over some BS
