    ive spoken with @stairgod a while ago about the migs, and has steered me in the direction of Vulcan (HF) if I recall correctly.
    have you looked in to them at all ?
    also I was looking into the tech specs of the Everlast mig and there was a statement I didn't understand so well dose this mean-----

    Idk about that brand but my indel B has spent 2+ years in the bed in some pretty hard rain storms. I opened it up once to address a rattle that ended up being a loose bolt and the compressor and electronics were actually mounted to the sides and about 2-3 inches up from the bottom, not just sitting on the bottom like I expected. So I feel it’s safe to say as long as the fridge isn’t submerged you should be okay. Ill add I also have a cover on mine but the vents are still wide open. Again not sure the setup on the whytner/snomaster.

    Jo n pointed me to the everlast. He said he had some buddys using them. They have a 5/3 yr warranty also, but that may involve shipping to CA.

    I don't know that much.
    I only know what I've been reading the last month or so.
    I just ordered the 200e it's probably more than I need but that's good imo.

    Eastwood looks pretty decent for the price too.

    I just decided what and how thick I wanted to weld and checked the specs on name brand welders just to get a price point and an idea of what was out there.

    I dont want to give up the cab space, but that's probably the better answer. What are the dimensions?

    My bed is open, so it's getting rained on and splashed.... But it won't be on the truck all the time.
