This holiday season HAS BEEN SHIT!

My '99 Maserati (Corolla) that my brother now drives, went to SHIT! The timing chain busted..... No big deal right? Non-Interference engine after all right? WRONG! Before the chain went, it was apparently "making a weird noise" for TWO WHOLE WEEKS. It managed to skip its timing so many times, it did plenty of damane BEFORE the timing chain finally busted.... Freak. Everyone recommend a salvage yard engine. Would have been way cheaper.... Didn't want to roll the dice on that though. Could have used what we spent on a rebuild to get my brother into something newer, but then, car payments. Plus that damn car is practically a brother to me. Well the car is back, good as new! :fingerscrossed:

While we're on the topic of bad news..... LYKKE WHITE is DEAD. or dying, more than usual. I'm still daily driving her as much as I can, but she's no longer passing inspection due to a MYRIAD of problems.... :anonymous: which I'll someday fix.
Well I've had to resort to paying my fellow Mexicans $80 to do a little something (more than likely illegal) and get her to pass emissions.... She rides for another year....

"I have to ask you a question... and it's an important one so, I want you to think about the answer before you give it to me. Okay?
    ......
When two people love each other - Really... Love each other - but they just can't get it together, when do you get to that point where enough is enough?"

Cool, and you gots your yellows. Last time I saw them, Chad had piles - didn't figure you would need to make one.

You need to pay someone to hang on to the skids and scream a lot? Seems like that excitement would be good for retired folks! :anonymous:

@LostHusker , I was in your hood yesterday in SA visiting a friend that was in town. Had a lot to catch up on so couldn't say hi, sorry.

But have you seen this thing around town?!?! I like it! :headbang:

Same, your always welcome to come join us.

Oh I see how it is, whatever...:D

Nope, haven't see that one but it is cool looking, looking like copper?

There is a pink one floating around as well, not into it really but it does look good. Not that pepto color. I got a pic somewhere of it, need to dig.

Wow, is that like a metallic bronze. I bet it looks a lot different in person. I think I like it.
