Stuffed to the gills. I see what you did there.

I'm not a huge seafood fan. But my wife loves the place. So we do pay it a visit from time to time

Oh they make a nice steak too. Had my share. 4 - 6:30 is happy hour. 2 Wagyu sliders for $6. If you got two orders and a side of garlic mashed you'd still be ahead. Throw some cheap beers and cocktails on there and Ka-Pow! The wife could get the Cod sliders for the same price.

Also, you should sign up for their online newsletter. They have tasting dinners. 4 course, with wine (not sure but I think sometimes "or" drinks) and it's like $60 for 2 people. Plus, every 5th meal you get an entre free when 2 dine.

There are a shitload of places near us (in town) but this is one of our favorites.

I double smoked a ham, and fried up thick cut taters in a cast iron pan. Must have been good, the child ate two plates worth.

Basically, used the smoker to heat up an already smoked ham. I’ll never make a ham in the oven again.

So I’ve done it with a partial brisket. I added apple juice so it wouldn’t dry out.
