    I live in a Condo. Its 30 years old, and I have been after the HOA to fix my fence for almost a year. The only folks who have had their fence repared, or replaced, have been board members. For the rest of us, they have been saying "We dont have the money". Meanwhile, A new fence goes up for another board member.
