    ok I just installed the spacers on the drivers seat after painting them black. I have to admit it does change the feel and position of the driver in the seat. I'm going to drive it tomorrow longer distance and see how it feels. very interesting mod.....thank you for the spacers!

    Over GVWR and I keep adding more metal
    just got back from a longer-than-normal trip to Death Valley. Spent a lot of time in the seats and having the spacers on the drivers seat and passenger seat made the ride SOOOO much better than had they not been installed.

    As all have said, it's hard to believe such a small adjustment is so rewarding. Also, I added some washers between the bolt head and seat, just to spread out the weight more uniformly.
