    I think the Mods have to do it. PM one of them and I'm sure they can help you out.

    Yes house was wrapped and taped with Tyvec
    Upstairs Nee wall is insulated , and floor in crawl space are insulated to keep heat from downstairs from escaping through roof. I keep that space cold for the roof.
    Overhead is is blown as well with cellulose.
    I think everything is ok but some people are not easy to convince.

    What I really want to do is put a ceiling/floor vent in to put heat from stove upstairs .
    Then open up this wall like a four foot opening ( trim it out nice) to allow for heat flow to living room and allow more natural light in to kitchen.
    I think those measures will get the most out of my stove and add more character
    Floor vent just a little to right of that window on that gable wall to heat two rooms upstairs

    That was my handy work
    I gutted the wainscoting walls and ceilings, added ceiling lights and pull chain lights just inside each of the four small crawl space doors. And the drywall on and on....
    She says if we were to stay here that she wants a big shed dormer and a another small bath and I can’t help but think I did all that for nothing. Wondering when I will win LMAO

    I was outside on a snowmobile at 7 am for almost two hours grooming. Feels like was -8. Was a beautiful morning and saw the sunrise as I was cruising the trails.

    Feet did get cold tho:anonymous::rofl:

    I have dense pack in our commercial building and in our new home. Roof is loose fill cellulose. Bills have been super low and it seems to keep the house tight and quiet feeling. I wouldn't hesitate to use it where you don't want to rip everything to the studs to foam spray.

    So, my friend in Laconia got a surprise yesterday. He hooked up a chain to free his snowplow that was frozen to the ground. It slipped and whipped over the roof, taking out his windshield and denting the hood and roof of his 2nd gen.
