Is there a difference between OR and Sport headlights?

I tried looking around the forum and didn't see anything, so feel free to link me up if I missed it.

I'm interested in trying a BHLM on my 16 OR, but since my truck is my daily driver, and this will take me some time, I'm considering buying a second OEM set (used) to do this on.
Then I'd just sell my OEM headlights when I'm done.

Found a guy with a set of OEM's from a 17 sport (with the DRL which I have and want to keep) he'll sell me.

First - is there any difference between the sport and OR headlights that I need to be concerned about (frankly, is there any difference between the 16-18 headlights from a sport or OR)?

Second - on both headlights one of the tabs is broken off, but he kept them and I'm considering just epoxying them back on after I bake and crack the lights. Anyone had success doing that and feel it's stable? I've browsed most of the BHLM thread and people reference it, but no real follow ups on if it's worked for them/held up.

Same headlights, and there is a post here somewhere of someone breaking headlights open to mess with them, but don't recall what/where it was. :(

The headlight housings are made of polycarbonate.
Most adhesives do not bond polycarbonate.
This one, however, works extremely well:

Awesome thanks. I'm waiting to hear back from the guy validating that while a tab is broken, he has all the parts. If so, I'll def go this route.

I don't know why, but off-brand stuff scares me some. Maybe it's because on my prior car, most of the non-OEM stuff was meh. But I may have to try Depo tail lights, because the Pro's are pricey.
