I’ve always used philips crystal vision ultra. Ran them in each of last 4 cars and also motorcycles. They have a white hue (not ricer) and are noticeably brighter

    Thanks @Edgar

Also to anyone running LEDS, do you just simply buy the kit and plug them in or is there more that goes into it?

Try these. I did and I like them much better than the stock bulbs.

Plug and play. Might need a couple zip ties to tie up the extra cables, due to the led bulbs usually coming with about 6" of their own cable.

The GE Megalight mentioned above is one of the whiter and brightest bulbs out there. Almost 4000K in color and more lux in the hotspot than anything except HID.

It’s what I’m running now after 4 very pricey sets of LEDs and a set of HIDs I returned.

Same here. Got Megalight utra+130 and upgraded fog lights housing to h11 bulb with Phillips x-tremevision+100(used to run them before Megalights). Very satisfied.

They’re the best out there IMO. Adding the resistors is not hard, I’ve done it on my brake lights. Just make sure you mount them on the body far away from anything that could potentially melt from the heat.

I could only find these on Amazon UK. Are they completely "street legal" here?

More votes for the Hikari Ultra. Have them on my 17 TRDORLB. Great for lows and fogs. Zero issues, much brighter. I use a small piece of two sided tape to attach inline converter to inner wall. Very simple plug and play. $89 on Amazon.
