Am I the only one with a lift for over a year and has not replaced this? I dont feel any vibe or sloppy play.
    Am I missing something?
    Should I just do it?

40K miles, 3" lift with only 300 miles on the clock. No problems here and I wheel my shit too.

Can do it now or later. It will likely break eventually.

It’s like $80 in parts and tools (can borrow the puller) and 2 hours of work.

I did the bushing when I installed my lift, since I had it apart anyway. Some guys don't get the noise after lifting, but for me it made sense to spend a little money at the time (~$90 for bushing and puller tool) and only have to disassemble the front end once.

I don't know what the likelihood is of the factory bearing breaking. Probably depends on the height of your lift, and whether you did a diff drop kit to bring the CV back down to/near factory angle. If you're not getting the noise, you may be good to go for a long time.
