I need a neighbor with a Tacoma! Someone I can get in debt with! LOL. If you only knew. It's a cool picture. Wouldn't you agree that the tacoma with the side step looks a little lower? I think so. That's why I had mine raised just a little.

lol i know what you mean...i also agree with you on the side step illusion...i might paint it black onced i receive my black wheels this coming week...i will see first if the oem silver step will match it,if not it will definetely be painted black...but either way, match or no match it will go up 3" :D (i got the lift kit ready)...

I have two people in my neighborhood with Tacos. One has a 2nd gen access cab 4 banger Prerunner with dubs and the other has an access cab 5 lug (05). Both are silver.

im definitely gonna get sliders, and i'll probably go with all pro. they all are a bit pricey, but the all pros can be had for like $350 to $400.

hell yeah, definitely. and when i get mine, instead of painting, im gonna use bed liner on them. that way, they will still be durable as hell, and have a textured, non slip feel to them.

yup i agree with you on this one with no offense even though i own the truck on the back hahaha...since i purchase the side step my truck looks different(i don't like it,but it's just me )...but like Will said it serves with a purpose...i am old and got bad knee and got little ones too,so i am forced to have it...+ what i saw last week when the owner of the other car just open the door without any caution i said to myself i'll keep it,i will save alot of dents on the body of the truck :)...i am against the silver on the step too but i saw it on different colored truck it really looks nice...on silver it just does'nt work for me,it just add to much silver and the truck looks lowered thats why i will paint it this coming week...did'nt pick up the other oem step because they're plastic...
