that's actually a decent size... one night, 6 beers, pack of hot dogs should fit in there no problem!

I tested my woods roto moulded . Same idea as yeti and this etc.

I got 8 days before the ice packs started going soft and 9 days before it was starting to need a top up to keep food or drinks cold.

    Opened 2-3 times a day.
Properly cooled before use and used large ice packs

I use mine in the summer still at the trailer when the fridge is full.
But camping I prefer my ARB fridge I originally got off @Norilsk.

He'll say he's done both and cooler is better but @tacoma16 and I have both done both as well and find fridge better.

These coolers are great and they work .I just hate needing to deal with ice etc so fridge is better to me. Easier to plug in at home let it cool and hold all my food to prep the days before a trip and then when I leave just pick up the whole thing load it in and I'm ready to go.

The only place where Eugene says cooler is better that I agree with is with being able to have it right by where you have the fire etc. But then I'm not that lazy to walk to my truck when its close by.

If you don't have the dual battery or money to go fridge these coolers are amazing options though

If you prep your cooler and food/drinks right it will last 10 days easy. I had no issues keeping my food cold. As a matter of fact the ice that I packed in Canada on November 6th, was still there on December 10th when I got back! I only purchased ice 2 times to maintain cold inside.
Fancy electrical, excessive weight and keeping interior taken by the fridge is not the way if you plan to take your truck into serious travel. Going into local neck of woods, around USA or Canada - sure, overland all you can. I plan on hitting South America and Europe/Asia with this Taco, so I need to keep as stock as possible to carry essential things and not some fancy fridge. :bikewhoops:

    :notsure:
What do you need, I got everything? :D

And when you're extremely isolated where will you get ice.
Your favorite xo that did a South American trip had fridges as well.
All those exploring the Outback in Australia do.

When @Canadian Joe went to Yukon he did.

If anything cooler is more weekend trip fridge is long term
