What ya upgrading to?

 

Mine sound like taking a rusty nail out of an old board...should look into this also..

 

Mine squeak bad. But nothing the radio doesnt fix Plus when people hear squeaks like that they just assume race truck right?

 

Well, it's a power wash tomorrow in those areas. Picked up some lithium grease if needed. Fingers crossed.

 

I feel like I'm the only one who hasn't had their ome dakars squeak. My uniballs finally quietened after I replaced them. The ptfe liner was coming out.

 

I have been doing the same thing, but the wife thinks the truck is broken and I’m tired of explaining it.

 

When I removed the old bolts there was no grease inside the bushing. I think 85% of squeaks we hear come from under lubricated bushings.

My Dakars are horrible, I have gotten them to stop once or twice using half a can of WD-40 but it only lasts a few weeks. I figure I will pull them apart and put some of the liners in when I eventually install hammer hangers but for now I'll just use a little more clockwise on the volume knob to deal with them.

 

Nice. We looked at those a bit when looking for ours. Not abad setup at all

Yeah I’ll need to look into it. I coated the bushings inside and out..but if moisture and dirt got in there then there’s no way around that. Bushings are cheap enough to replace.

At Lynnwood Guns someone told a friend that while the 21 yo age requirement took effect in January the definition of "assault rifle" does not take effect until July. They said they are concerned about being accused of illegal age discrimination if they refuse to sell a rifle to someone over 18.
Gotta love how laws are keeping us safe.

Not sure but was anyone here up the county road/Snoqualmie north fork road tonight? Ran into a 2012+ dclb parked at the shooting pit ~20miles up. Not literally ran into it but passed it while you where out walking around.
