Thanks everyone for the first aid suggestions! I think it’ll be best for me to piece together my own kit.

ever see the "real cost" of a windshield? I was privy to seeing actual costs for windshields via master procurement contracts for the Man. Actual cost of a windshield (all models/makes) was $25 to $40. WTF. Could not believe my eyes. If it is a rock pit - just clean it with rubbing alcohol, let it dry and fill with super glue. Other than that the best option is to have it repaired by a windshield repair (rock/chip) provider.

I think I have a box just like that around the house somewhere, perks of living with a 3 year old... I guess I’m all set, thanks!

Yea I’ve had one chip filled in it a few years ago. Surprisingly that repair has lasted quite a while. As long as the windshield crack doesn’t start moving up I’ll let it be.

I'm cheap and need to do a VIN verification on my truck. Anyone have any secrets they want to share to get a free or cheap VIN verification?

Anyone here know how to upload a profile photo to Linkedin?

No matter how I resize it according to their spec needs, it's always the same fucking picture that's too zoomed in for the profile box. And I can't zoom out anymore with their crop tool on their website. I've gone to free resizing websites that supposedly spit out an image that perfectly suits Linkedin. Yet it's the same fucking image once it's uploaded to LinkedIn.

Any other website automatically adjusts the image to fit their needs. Why is LinkedIn such a fucking PITA?

Linked in is a waste of time imo. Just one more crap app tied to your phone.

PM me a medium/large version of your photo and I'll make it work. I have Photoshop and other tools.

I agree. I don't have the app on my phone and only go on the website every once and a while.
