That ones easy. This thread wouldn't even exist because the question OP asked is anti stacking cash

I'm personally amazed at how many people posting on this forum talk about having had 20 cars in their life and they list examples of a 2011, 2013, 2014, 2017, and 2019. Holy fuck how much money did you lose doing that? Probably at least $20K. I can't imagine.

Edit: Obviously if you drive a lot for work or to earn money, its understandable to trade in frequently. Or just rich.

That was my biggest dislike with the tss/cruise-- sometimes even if another vehicle was in the turning lane ahead of you, the Tacoma would still brake hard. Not as big a deal itself, but if someone is tailgating you, it's a potential problem.

When I bought mine they told me that Toyota won’t warranty a lifted 18 because they can’t guarantee the sonar will work properly.

Tons of people here have lifted 18s and 19s without issue. Sonar will still work

I don’t doubt that... I’m just relaying what the dealership told me.

They would have to prove the lift caused a particular component failure to not cover it.

0% on a Tacoma? Those deals are for garbage they can't move like a Yaris.

0.9% on mine, it was offered for 60 months, I took 36 months. The month after I got mine it went to 0% for Taco’s. This is of course in prior year leftovers.

Keep it, next year will have amazing stuff as well. This isn’t exactly the best time to buy for a deal and with competition we may even see some innovation coming

They really don't have to prove anything.

Par for the course, there's always "that guy" on any automotive message board who will make sure everybody knows they're cash only.

There's nothing stupid about financing a reliable new vehicle which also holds value really well.

To deny your warranty they would, if your truck had a bad fuel injector they would have to cover it, but if you had a bad ball joint they could blame that directly on the lift.

What I meant was, they could just deny and then the ball's in your court to prove they're wrong. Sometimes very hard or Impossible to do. Something similar happened to me years ago with a Dodge and I appealed to the area rep and he was nasty and just sided with the dealership.

Also happened to me with an extended warranty on a Volvo. "Part 'A' (the really expensive part) which isn't covered failed first, which then caused part 'B' to fail, so we will only pay to replace part 'B' but not 'A'."

More than one way for them to screw you and you have no recourse other than to sue them.
