Hey, it’s cool to be new at this! It only sucks if you have a brain on ADHD firing on all cylinders and given 10,001 style options to only choose 1 and then have to pick a tire to boot with an offset to compliment how they sit in the wheel well. So the offset just means the measurement of where the outside edge of the rim is located in conjunction to the outside edge of the wheel well flare or edge trim. Concerning the 2017, the offset from the factory rims is @ +30 (roughly) so the tires sit far inside. If the outside edge of the rim is to be flush with the wheel well flare trim piece, the offset would be +/- 0 and if you want those tires to ride outside the flare you’ll go with a number with a negative symbol.

I wanted a tire to sit flush with the flare so this particular rim gave me the option of a +7.5
I also didn’t want the tire outside the body tossing mud and crap all over my doors.

I don’t have a lift but the 265/70/17 is a larger tire which that extra 1/4”- 3/8” larger dimension fills the wheel well quite nice and you do notice the truck rides a bit higher. As far as rubbing, it’s insignificant at normal driving. I only hear it if I’m headed down the road and I want to turn into a lane way, alley or parking lot and if I approach with some speed and lean a bit on the brakes and make that hard turn, I’ll hear a slight rub sound and as the tires wear down the sound goes away. Not at all an issue and not causing any damage. If you want to do some rock crawling, raise the truck up.

Took maybe a 1 mpg hit. No increase in road noise or rough ride, very minimal rubbing on stock flaps that i just removed. I was concerned the Load E tires were going to kill MPG and give a rough ride, but they feel very close to stock.

Love the look and how they perform so far. I live in rocky Colorado, so hopefully the load E tires will help prevent any tire damage on the trails. So far these tires KICK ASS in the snow and ice... realize I'm coming from bald stock goodyear tires that I was asking waaaayyy too much out of, all the time.

Went with the general grabber atx after seeing some good reviews and wanting to save that $400-$500 difference between the K02's. I've gotta say, these things do not disappoint at all so far in my winter wheeling. We'll see how they do when the snow melts!

Nope. The first kid when I order the RG's wasn't sure if they could exchange them, when I went to have them actually put on I talked to an older fellow who said, "of course"

I love this truck!! Set up looks great. It's probably bc I have read every single page (250+) of "show me your cement" but it's refreshing to my eyes to see other colors. I think I'm going to scour every page of the other colors so my cement goes back to being "fresh"

I'm more interested in the setup on top of the Diamond Back. What setup is that?
