Anybody in here REALLY good at wiring and can explain something to me like a 5yr old? Wiring is my krypronite and I’m trying to get better. I got all my switches to work but kinda confused as to the lights on the back. I can PM you a diagram of what I did. It’s on 5 pin switches.

I'm purdy good although it is early and I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Most 5 pin toggles have 2 pins that are used to illuminate the switch. The other 3 are for ground, + and output to the source (light).switch.jpg

Which one goes to the accessory then if the power one goes to both pins? Like on that pic it looks like power goes in but never comes out ? Or am I just looking at it wrong

It’s going to a fusebox directly so it’s got a good ground.

That’s also much better than finding a dash wire to tie into for the lighting.

One thing to be mindful of is where you are getting the +12v from. 3 of my switches are set to only work when the key is ON. The rock lights however can be left On with the key Off. The difference is between using ignition power or battery power.
I also have all 4 outputs from my switches to a relay box. The switches actually just power the relay and then the relay takes direct battery power to the lights.
Hope this didn't just confuse you.
