I’m looking to get bigger tires soon, which would you say is better of the two. K02 or nitto grapplers?

I have heard horror stories of balancing and alignment issues with the KO2's.

In general, when visiting a new web forum, take some time to read through the sticky threads and play around with the search feature. It prevents a lot posts with questions that have been asked many times. Having a lot of these threads makes the search feature less useful for people in the future as you have to sort through the clutter.

I have KO2's and have had 0 problems. Great looks and during recent snow storm were excellent.

I have ko2’s and I love them but they are hell to balance. Just being honest

Out of those two, definitely the Nittos.

I rarely hear good things about KBR02s. I would go with the Nittos. A few friends have them and haven't heard any complaints.

I personally think inexperienced driving got him stuck lol. But i'm 40 and I've driven most tire brands and I always go back to BFG. Used to be for longevity and multi purpose. But of recent, I'd add good noise level. 20k miles and they still function, look, and sound great.

Go with the Nittos. I have KO2s right now. Half a year old and won't stay balanced.
I'll be getting Nittos in a couple years most likely.

Ko2’s win in all categories imo except balancing.

Tires are like oil. Everyone has a preference, they make a million types and most of them work just fine. The driver on the other hand, I wish people only knew that the vehicle is only about 10% of the equation. The driver is 90%.

I’ve had my KO2s for 3 months and wheeled a handful of times. Great tire but I did have to get the fronts rebalanced once already due to vibrations 50+

Ko2’s are the best looking tire with white out too.

    Completely agree.

    In 2yrs and 20k miles I haven't gotten my K02's balanced lol.

And I drive on dirt roads, snow roads, etc

To the ones that have balance issues, is the shop doing a regular balance or a road force balance? Had an issue with a new Chevy and they had to road force balance em.
