I give ya a hand man, it is quite simple. You are mechanical with cars. What i meant about not lining marks up. Is to do it before you release the tensioner. Also I will say replace all the pulleys and tensioners while in there. I didnt and now have a pully going bad. Im just waiting on a new radiator fan and crank pully before hand.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
    - Installed ditch light brackets (still deciding what ditch lights I'm going to use)
    - Threw the spacers back on
    - Did an oil change
    - Re-mounted the bumper lights so the covers can be taken off and put on without worrying about breaking them
    - Fabbed an insert with nuts to make an attachment point for the front 3 bolts for the front skid plate to the Trail Gear bumper

And cleaned up the garage from today's work and doing the valve covers yesterday.

No pics you'll have to take my word for it... lol
But not a bad weekend's worth of work

Replaced cracked radiator with a new Spectra and while I had everything out I replaced the 3 belts, fan clutch, water pump, thermostat, and plugs.

...And then, a change of scenery. The Burr Trail continued south at this point to Bullfrog, a town we'd visit later on the trip - but we were headed east, towards the Henry Mountains - now seemingly so close we could touch them.

    We stopped, to admire.

Check out the story and amazing photos at F.U.Rain Day 11 - We Follow the Burr Trail to the Henry Mountains

    I have mods
Built a new reservoir to relocate my already relocated washer reservoir. Wish I knew about this style before but oh well. Plan is to free up the space on the fender well to put my air compressor there and not have to ditch my cruise control. Just letting everything setup for a couple hours before doing the install. Thanks to @cbechtold and @Blackdawg for the idea and info on this from their build threads.

Why do they have to be covered? I haven't had a cop say anything to me about mine. Even asked a few cop buddies, they state don't drive in traffic with them on they don't care. I forget the v.c. section but if they're not on, they're legal. And I recommend the vent visors, nice not getting soaked when you smoke in the rain..lol

    3” lift. Sway a ways 2.5 on 285 75 16 and much more

Before you install this thought id let you know you will have a good size air pocket because of the way the Y is installed. If you flip it around you eliminate the problem.
But here is a picture of where the air pocket will be formed.
