At least some kids from this generation are keeping the fun alive! Glad you found the wallet. I should probably invest in these as well. I am always misplacing my keys and stuff

My GS7 Active got dropped on our tile over concrete floors in the house on the daily. I even threw it a few times out of frustration. Screen finally cracked after 2 solid years. No case. That was a good phone. I like slim profiles and most cases are so bulky.

Anyone familiar with the Lexus is250? Considering an 07 for a daily. Was looking for an Acura TL/TSX, but came across a 250 at a decent price.

Cam has a turbo IS300 which was prior to the IS250/350. I drove an F-Sport IS250 and it was a very nice car but was pretty gutless for what I was expecting. I probably had my expectations set to high on the performance but besides that I liked everything else about it. The one I drove belonged to a guy I know and he commented a lot about how expensive it was to maintain because of the Lexus badge...and this was with his employee discount as a Toyota Service Writer.

SO had one when we first started dating. It was nice, far better than a TSX/TL.

If you can get one for a decent price, they are a good DD. Don't expect much in terms of performance.

My SO's had 80k trouble free miles. Lexus are cheap to maintain because they generally don't break down.

The NX200t we had afterwareds had 50k trouble free miles, and I expect our current GX 460 to be trouble free as well (minus the fucking alternator that went out at 30k, but it was covered under warranty).

I think he was comparing small parts costs between a Lexus and a Toyota (since he was a Toyota service writer)...so his views were probably skewed a bit. :notsure:

He was probably bitching about the oil changes...yeah, they are kinda expensive compared to what Toyota charges.

For the NX, I think they wanted like $475 to replace the cabin and air filter, and told her they spark plugs needed replacing at 30k for $650....she lol'd at them, told them to pound sand, and to just change the oil. I replaced the cabin filter and air filter for under $50.

Typical dealer shit, trying to pass off ridiculous charges to womenz.
