It's less Tacoma and more mod
Carbs and ignition systems are usually finicky. This was stored halfway decent but if after I exchange the fuel and filter for new ones it is still refusing to run I'll rebuild the carb. Not a hard job by any means

Yes, the Tundra lines will work. In fact I recommend using all-Tundra lines.

Most people just use the soft SS brake lines with the correct sized banjo bolt all the way up to the caliper. However, I like everything perfect so I bought LC Engineering’s Tacoma/Tundra conversion kit which includes the correct hard flared brake line, bracket, and SS brake line.

I just woke up to 20 pages, and I was around when the thread died for the night.

I’m very curious how the registration and titling works after all those years with barn finds.

Yeah, that's likely too, but it will be a lot happier to crank over if it has fresh oil instead of oil that's sat for 20 years.

Yeah, stuff happened, I still don’t understand why.

But now we’ve left the 16 year old girl table and are back to normal

5mins at the DMV, the lady already got plates for it. It's a 1964 Chevy C20 and she had the old title.

Side note, I can't believe this tiny orifice feeds fuel and air to a 4.8L I6. This thing has to be a restriction
    [IMG]
But it was the 60s, so we really hadn't begun to make things even halfway efficient

Damn I wish it was that easy here.

Having the title I’m sure helps. Surprised there weren’t any back taxes on it.

    Cute carb.

That's why I'm draining all the shitty varnish fuel out of it. It was a full tank at least so the rust should be minimal. I even have the rebuild manual for this carb from GM haha.

So what’s the story, how did you find this truck?

Also, it’s a mortal sin not to post pictures of such a thing. :p

What are back taxes, your state is the only one that pulls that BS. There's no taxes on things in most of the other states, pay your reggo fee and that's it
