New semester, textbooks still suck

 

A Starbucks and a 5 Guys is also going in directly across from his Costco.

If I was buying an old car, I’d want a Corvette Stingray. My father was going to buy one when he came to the US, but he got a Pathfinder instead for some reason.

My niece was actually the first customer at that Starbucks. I went the day after it opened.

Ever since I was a kid, the old Stingrays were one of my favorite cars. Always loved the rounded body style

 

You can be one of those people haha, at least C3 corvette's are cheap. But finding one that you can have fun with in your state isn't easy, only a couple years are free. The rest are held hostage by smog and likely have migrated to better states to be free.

 

You know it's bad when even the cars are leaving

 

It’s not open yet. They’re still building it. They built this brand new shopping center next to my local Costco in front of my neighborhood.

I was digging through some old city records and it turns out in 2000 two people submitted bids to build something on this land. Standard-Pacific Homes, and Six Flags.

Thank god Six Flags didn’t win. My city would’ve turned into a more ghetto Vallejo.
