Dealership dropped the ball

When they called Friday to confirm the appointment, I would have had them make sure the part was there before I drive for 2 hours. lol

Again, this obviously isn't his mistake, but not confirming the part is actually in seems nuts to me, if I had to drive 2 hours.

 

Just annoying to read the same questions over and over, when the info is already in the thread. So yes, I personally offended that I am rereading the same questions, it’s like rereading the same page in a book over and over.

 

Luckily it’s not required reading.

 

My dealership replaced my fan, then called me a few weeks later to schedule a time for them to replace it again. You need to learn they are not on top of their game, or if they are, their game isn’t very good.

lol I learned that long ago. I mean, my dealership is great, and maybe 2 miles from my house, and I would still make damn sure the part was in before I went there. haha

 

This is true. BUT we both know most people only read the first and last comment then post their questions. lol

 

I am so done with with TW. To much animosity here.

 

I was away from TW for a few weeks, I forgot the normal etiquette.

 

Don’t go yet, let’s see how this turns out. And seriously, take it all with a grain of salt, TW has a lot of great folks involved.

 

Hence the epidemic of chronic dumpster fires here!!! Lol!!!

 

They all suck in their own way. My parts department complained about price matching another dealership. I thought it was simple, match or not.. I really didn’t care, I was easier to order from them and I got the part a day early but don’t act like it comes out of your pocket. Follow your own policies and don’t complain about your job to the customer.

Man up, put your big boy pants on brother, you're embarrassing yourself. Put 1/10th the effort into keeping a thumb on your dealer with any subsequent visits as you have this thread..

 

Was at Wendy’s today, nice eye candy taking orders, except her face was like stuck in angry. Finally a customer asked her what she was made about, she replied I am always like this. Then went on to bitch for a few minutes how she hated working at Wendy’s. I almost told her to quit as that must have some impact on the pissed off face.
