    No, it's not. Not sure if you pay the utility bill but for those that do, we'll be stuck with the rate hike to cover their losses in the fire(s). Even if CPUC absorbs PGE, we'll still pay.

    Personally I think the entire board needs to go along with SR management - screw em. If they didn't know about shoddy maintenance, they were negligent. If they did know and did nothing, they're criminals. Either way, we'll be stuck with the bill.
