    Nope. I don't unlock it when i am next to it. Its normally when i leave a store or my garage i open it. cuz i have my metal mulisha key CHAIN!!! Cuz like I love metal Mulisha and there's no way my car hates MM cuz that would suck... so yeah. i think it only beeps when it knows ur not going to get with my mommy :)
