I don't eat meatloaf. I never liked the looks of it as a kid(I think the cooked ketchup was the problem). I haven't tried I since.

I usually make one with ground chicken.

Large loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour.
I usually make a second batch of sauce and brush it on top at 40min and 50 min.
Both my boys always ask for seconds.

Edit: certainly something to be said about a good beef meatloaf with mushrooms and gravy.

Annnnd tonight, my dinner is home-made crock pot Spaghettios and meatballs @m603holden triggered the thought thenother night and I had been craving them but knew it was a bad choice. we looked for a recipe online and used turkey meatballs came out decent.
