Haha, I'd love you for it but I'm also waayyayayy over budget for the patch game this paycheck. Got a couple from Trail Toys, some of GZila's campfire from TPC, and CruiserGear's patchpack/hat. Gonna have a helluva mail call this week.

 

I’ve got 3 boxes of patches that need to go up plus all the stock I carry. There’s fucking patches everywhere. Lol

 

I’m not even going to start with all the spools of thread laying around.

 

I got the patchpack and hat so I can rep some of the patches instead of them sitting on my poor headliner.

I've always wondered about making my own patches...

 

Small numbers are great. When you hit 100 and start cutting holes in them it’s a pain in the ass without a laser. It’s a slow process regardless. Not to mention being a small guy trying to buy from big suppliers.

 

Yeah, I can imagine. Only 'custom' patch I have was something I ordered from some overseas/Chinese bulk patch place back in the day for my team. That was quite the headache.

 

The WILD card in the middle was the one I had made.

 

That’s a nice looking patch! Yeah they can be a pain in the ass to deal with sometimes. Changing shit and not telling you till you get the patch in hand. Like glueing the backing onninstead of sewing it etc.

 

Yeah, there was a lot of back and forth to have them get it how I wanted it. I think they did alright for what I was working with though.

How are those stuck to the headliner?

Do any fall off when hitting big bumps?

 

Just the hook backings. Nothing really goes anywhere either.

 

They have Velcro on the back.

Haven’t had any fall from bumps. My whole headliner is covered in patches.
